A roof does not wait for a good month. Financing lets you get the work done now and pay for it over time, and it is available on every service A&J Professional Services offers.
What we can tell you up front
These are the four things that are true before anyone looks at your project. Everything past this point depends on you and the lender, so we will not pretend to know it.
Financing is available for roofing, siding, windows and doors.
Promotional programs, including possible 0% offers, may be available.
There are generally no prepayment penalties on qualifying programs.
Credit around 650 and above usually has the strongest options.
Who the lender is
A&J Professional Services offers financing through GreenSky. GreenSky is the financing program, not us. We are the contractor doing the work, we do not make the credit decision, and we do not set your rate or your payment.
How it works

Get the estimate first
We look at the roof, the siding or the gutters and put a written price on it. Free, and there is nothing to sign. You cannot sensibly talk about payments before you know the number.

Ask us about financing
Tell your estimator you want to spread the cost. They walk you through the programs available for your project and what each one actually means month to month.

The lender decides, not us
Approval, your rate and your payment are set in the financing review with the lender. A&J never makes that decision and never sees your credit file.
What to ask before you sign anything
We would rather you ask these than find out later. Ask us, and ask the lender.
- What is the interest rate, and is it promotional? If it is, what happens on the day the promotion ends?
- How many months is the term, and what is the total amount I will have paid at the end of it?
- Is there a penalty if I pay it off early?
- What is my monthly payment, in dollars?

We cannot approve you, we cannot promise you a rate, a payment or a term, and nothing on this page is an offer of credit. Approval and terms come from the lender in the financing review, and they depend on your own circumstances.
