These terms cover your use of ajproroofers.com. Any roofing work we do for you is covered by the separate written estimate and agreement you sign, not by this page.

This website. Our site gives you information about our roofing and exterior services and lets you request a free inspection or estimate. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted, not a booking and not an agreement to have work done.

Free inspection and estimate. Both are free with no obligation. Any price we give is based on what we can see and access on the day, and it is put in writing before any work starts.

Service area. We serve central New Jersey, primarily Union, Middlesex, and Somerset counties. We are happy to talk about work outside that area.

Accurate information. Please give us a correct phone number and property address. Wrong contact details are the most common reason a homeowner never hears back.

Communications. By giving us your contact details you agree we may reach you by phone, text, or email, including automated systems, about your request. You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. See our Text Messaging Terms for more.

Photos and content. Photographs and videos we take of a project are our property and may be used in our own marketing. Everything else on this site is ours and may not be copied without permission.

No warranty on this site. We keep the site accurate but do not guarantee it is always error-free or available. Nothing on this page is a warranty on any roof or work. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
