What we collect

When you request a free estimate, fill out a contact form on this website, or complete an instant form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you provide. That is typically your name, phone number, email address, home address or zip code, and details about the roofing, gutter or siding work you need done. We only collect what you give us. We do not collect payment information through any form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, call you back to schedule a free estimate, and follow up about your project. When you submit a form, a real person at A&J, or our office assistant Sarah, calls or texts you back to qualify the job and book a visit. We also use your information to improve our service and to keep a record of your project.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number, you may receive text messages about your roofing project, including appointment confirmations and reminders, follow ups on a quote you requested, invitations to review our work, referral offers, and seasonal or storm related notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Facebook, Instagram and Google ads

When you respond to one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram or Google, including an instant form, that platform shares the information you entered on the form (such as your name, phone number, email and the answers to any qualifying questions) with us so we can call you back. We also use standard ad tracking tools from Meta and Google to measure which ads led to a request, so we know which ads are working. These platforms have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data while you are on their site or app.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, such as our phone, texting, email or scheduling systems, and only so they can help us reach you or run our business. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you give us from unauthorized access or misuse. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
