Text messaging terms

A&J Professional Services runs two separate text message programs and you choose them separately on our forms. Ticking one never signs you up for the other, and neither is a condition of getting an estimate or any other service from us.

A&J Service Messages. The required checkbox. Texts about the request you made: confirmation that we received it, questions from our team, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up about your quote. These may be sent using automated technology, including automated calls that may use an artificial or AI-generated voice. Message frequency varies, roughly one to six messages per request.

A&J Offers and Reviews. The optional checkbox. Marketing texts only: referral offers, requests for a Google review after we finish a job, and seasonal promotions. Message frequency varies, roughly one to four messages per month. You can leave this box unticked and still get everything above.

Message and data rates may apply for both programs.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from the program that texted you, and reply START or JOIN to start the offers and reviews program again. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (908) 432-7081.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
