How we use AI at A&J
Our phones ring while our crews are on roofs. Since July 2026 an AI receptionist answers our calls, books inspections into our calendar and texts customers so they know what happens next. A person on our team still handles anything she can not.
The receptionist was built for us by CMore Flo, an AI consulting company. Here is what Christian said about it, in his own words.
